Pricing
From a free diagnostic to enterprise-grade AI influence engineering — find the plan that fits your brand.
Three principles, one commercial model
Pricing engineered to align our incentives with your outcomes — never with billable hours.
Transparent
Every published price on this page is the price you pay. No consulting surcharges, no surprise onboarding fees, no metered API bills stacked on top of your monthly plan.
Value-driven
Plans are anchored to the magnitude of AI influence lift — visibility, citation density, recommendation positioning — not to ambiguous billable hours or scope creep.
Flexible
Upgrade or downgrade with thirty days' notice. No lock-in contracts beyond the initial term. Three cooperation modes: self-serve, managed, and enterprise consulting.
Transparent pricing means every published price on this page is the price you pay. There are no consulting surcharges, no surprise onboarding fees, and no metered API bills stacked on top of your monthly plan. Whether you choose the free AI Checkup or the AI Board enterprise engagement, the cost structure is disclosed up front, line by line, before any contract is signed. We believe brand teams should be able to model their AI influence budget with the same confidence they model their advertising budget — and that confidence starts with full disclosure.
Our pricing is value-driven rather than time-driven. Instead of billing for billable hours and ambiguous scope creep, every plan is anchored to the magnitude of AI influence lift we are accountable for — visibility, citation density, and recommendation positioning across the models your customers actually use. This aligns our incentives with your outcomes: when your brand's AI share-of-voice grows, the relationship compounds in your favor. A monthly engagement should produce a measurable delta in how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity describe you, not a timesheet.
Every plan is flexible to upgrade or downgrade with thirty days' notice, and there are no lock-in contracts beyond the initial term. Three cooperation modes are available: self-serve diagnostics for teams that want to start lean, managed advisory for brands that need a dedicated operator, and enterprise consulting for organizations that require a board-level AI influence function. All plans — including the free tier — include baseline access to AI Checkup, monthly reporting, and email support, so no brand is priced out of understanding where it stands.

The AI Checkup plan is free forever, designed for brand, growth, and marketing teams that are just beginning to map their AI influence. It delivers a one-time AI influence diagnostic report covering three leading models — ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — and surfaces how each model mentions, cites, and recommends your brand today. You receive one tracked brand keyword, a structured PDF report delivered within twenty-four hours, and a complimentary thirty-minute consultation with a KHB analyst to interpret the findings. The free tier is intentionally limited: there is no continuous monitoring, no monthly optimization guidance, and no authority content support. It is a diagnostic snapshot, not an ongoing program. Still, it is the fastest way to understand whether your brand is visible to the AI models your customers already trust — and the natural entry point before graduating to a managed plan.
GEO Master is the entry-level managed plan for small and mid-sized brands that are ready to build a durable AI influence foundation. Priced at $2,400 per month, it includes monthly AI influence reports across eight leading models, five tracked brand keywords, and actionable monthly optimization recommendations tied to measurable lifts in visibility and citation density. The plan also includes content authority guidance for up to four pieces per month — briefs, angles, and structural notes that help your existing content team produce work AI is more likely to cite. Email support is included with a twenty-four-hour response window. GEO Master does not include a dedicated advisor or AI Board strategy sessions; it is engineered to be a high-leverage, lower-touch engagement for teams that have their own execution capacity but need a structured, repeatable monitoring and optimization cadence.
VIP Service is the recommended plan for growth-stage brands that want to operate AI influence as a systematic function rather than a side project. At $8,800 per month, it upgrades reporting from monthly to weekly, expands monitoring to eight-plus AI models with trend analysis, and tracks twenty brand keywords alongside competitive benchmarking. A dedicated AI influence advisor becomes your single point of accountability, supported by two monthly strategy sessions, content authority production for twelve pieces per month, and full deployment of the KAIF methodology across knowledge engineering, authority building, and recommendation engineering. Priority email support responds within four hours. VIP Service does not include a board-level AI Board engagement — that is reserved for the enterprise tier — but it covers everything a serious operator needs to compound AI influence quarter over quarter.
AI Board is the enterprise plan for public companies, category leaders, and any organization where AI influence is a board-level concern. Pricing is custom and scoped with the sales team, reflecting the depth of deployment across business units, regions, and languages. The plan includes real-time AI influence monitoring dashboards, full coverage across the AI model landscape with a custom query library, unlimited brand keywords, global multi-language tracking, a monthly executive AI Board, full KAIF deployment including industry authority building, crisis response for AI misdescription remediation, a dedicated customer success manager, and twenty-four-by-seven priority support. AI Board is not a heavier version of VIP Service — it is a different operating model, built for organizations that need to govern AI influence the same way they govern financial reporting, brand, and investor relations.
Side-by-side capability matrix
Every dimension tracked across every plan — no hidden asterisks.
Use the matrix below to compare the four plans across the dimensions that matter most to an AI influence program. The table reflects current capabilities; custom enterprise scopes can extend any line item. If you need a capability that does not appear here — for example, a regulated-industry query library or a specific regional model set — the AI Board plan can be configured to include it.
All four plans share the same measurement methodology, so scores are directly comparable across tiers. A brand that starts on the free AI Checkup and upgrades to GEO Master will not see a discontinuity in its data — the same visibility, citation, and recommendation dimensions are tracked, just at higher frequency and depth. The same continuity applies when moving from GEO Master to VIP Service or from VIP Service to AI Board.
The result is a single, compounding record of your brand's AI influence posture, regardless of plan. Upgrading never invalidates historical data, and downgrading never erases the gains you have already made — it simply changes the cadence at which new data is collected and the depth of advisory layered on top. This design choice reflects a core belief: AI influence is a long-horizon asset, and your commercial relationship with KHB should reinforce that horizon rather than fight it.
Beyond subscriptions — defined deliverables and custom scopes
One-time services for teams that need a discrete output, and custom engagements for footprints that no single plan fits.
Industry Benchmark Study
Maps your brand's AI influence against a curated competitive set, producing a sector-level view of where AI models converge and diverge.
AI Influence Audit
A deeper, forensic read on a single brand than the free checkup — including source-level citation analysis and remediation priorities.
KAIF Workshop
A two-day intensive that upskills an internal team on the methodology so AI influence work can continue in-house after the engagement ends.
In addition to the four subscription plans, KHB offers three one-time services for brands that need a defined deliverable without an ongoing commitment. The Industry Benchmark Study starts at $15,000 and maps your brand's AI influence against a curated competitive set, producing a sector-level view of where AI models converge and diverge. The AI Influence Audit starts at $5,000 and provides a deeper, forensic read on a single brand than the free checkup, including source-level citation analysis. The KAIF Workshop is a two-day intensive starting at $12,000, designed to upskill an internal team on the methodology so that AI influence work can continue in-house.
For organizations whose footprint does not fit a single plan, custom engagements are available. Multi-brand groups — for example, a holding company with several consumer brands — can be scoped with the sales team under a consolidated contract that preserves per-brand reporting while sharing advisor capacity. Cross-border, multi-region deployments that require coverage across Greater China, Southeast Asia, and North American model variants are similarly configurable. Pricing for these custom scopes is set after a discovery call; the goal is to mirror your operating structure rather than force your structure into a fixed plan.
Government agencies, public-sector bodies, and registered non-profits qualify for dedicated discounts reflecting their constrained budgets and public-interest mandates. These discounts apply to GEO Master, VIP Service, and AI Board, and can be combined with multi-year commitments for additional savings. Reach out through the contact page and identify your organization type so the team can prepare an appropriate proposal. The same methodology, reporting cadence, and quality bar apply — only the commercial terms change.
A simple frame for sizing the decision
Directional, not predictive — but useful for setting budget expectations.
A simple ROI frame helps size the decision. Industry observation suggests that a ten-point lift in AI recommendation share correlates with roughly a five percent growth lever on the affected customer journey, as more prospects are routed toward your brand at the moment of decision. This is a directional assumption, not a guarantee — actual lift depends on category, geography, and baseline posture — but it provides a useful upper-bound estimate for budgeting.
Applied to a mid-sized enterprise with $50 million in annual revenue, a five percent growth lever translates to approximately $2.5 million in incremental annual revenue. The VIP Service plan, at $8,800 per month, costs $105,600 per year. Against the modeled lift, that implies an ROI of roughly twenty-three times — a ratio that holds even under substantially more conservative assumptions about the magnitude or durability of the lift.
The free AI Checkup is the fastest way to pressure-test these assumptions for your brand. The diagnostic will surface your current visibility, citation, and recommendation scores, giving you a defensible baseline against which to project lift. Bring the report to a thirty-minute consultation and the team will walk through the ROI logic specific to your category and revenue scale.
Common questions before you commit
If your question is not answered here, the team responds within one business day via the contact page.
1. Is there a free trial?
The AI Checkup plan is free forever, not a time-limited trial. You receive a one-time diagnostic report, a thirty-minute consultation, and no obligation to upgrade. If you decide to move to a paid plan, you do so on your own timeline. Paid plans do not offer a separate trial period because the free tier already provides a full diagnostic experience — there is no gated feature to unlock temporarily.
2. Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded with thirty days' written notice. Upgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and downgrades take effect the cycle after that. There are no early-termination penalties on monthly plans, and annual commitments can be re-scoped mid-term if your needs change materially. The team will help you right-size without disrupting monitoring.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major corporate credit cards, bank transfers in USD and HKD, and invoiced billing for annual and enterprise engagements. For AI Board custom contracts, payment terms can be structured quarterly or annually, and can include milestone-based schedules tied to deployment phases. All invoices are issued by KHB Group and are payable in thirty days unless otherwise agreed.
4. Are there setup fees?
GEO Master and VIP Service do not carry a setup fee — onboarding is included in the monthly price. AI Board engagements may include a one-time deployment fee that covers KAIF rollout, dashboard configuration, and the initial executive AI Board session; this fee is quoted transparently in the proposal and never added after signature. The free AI Checkup has no setup fee by definition.
5. Do you offer non-profit discounts?
Yes. Registered non-profits, public-sector bodies, and government agencies qualify for dedicated discounts on GEO Master, VIP Service, and AI Board. The discount level depends on the plan and the engagement scope. Contact the team through the contact page, identify your organization type, and a proposal reflecting the appropriate commercial terms will be prepared.
